Refunda Conditions
Within the scope of the return conditions, your order can be returned up to 7 days after you receive it. The products to be returned must be sent in a way that they will not be damaged in the cargo. Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. With the product you want to return, the invoice should be sent on the product by filling in the "return reason" section on the back of the invoice.
A report form must be filled in from the cargo company for the return of the products that have been reported for damage after receipt. The refund of the returned products will be made within 15 working days as you paid. It may take up to 3 business days for your bank or relevant payment institution to define the payment to your account / card. In the case of returning the purchased products, the transportation fee of the cargo company belongs to the party providing the return, as it belongs to the service provided by the cargo company. The said transportation fee can be deducted from the return price as a two-way transportation fee (arrival and departure) or must be paid by the party providing the refund.
For return cargo, you must deliver the products by calling a courier to your address or by taking the products to the cargo company. We are not obliged to send a courier to your address or to collect the products from your address by any means. Exchange Conditions
Cargo report is required for the exchange of damaged products when they reach the buyer. If this item is provided, the exchange will take place without paying any shipping charges.
Replacement products must be sent to us with its original box or packaging. The products to be exchanged must be sent in a way that they will not be damaged in the cargo. If you see a problem with the disassembled products that reach you, definitely contact us before assembly.
The price differences that may occur between a different product during the exchange are received by us at the beginning of the exchange transaction via money transfer. Differences payable by the buyer will occur within 7 business days after the exchange is completed. In order for the exchange process to be carried out, the products must be delivered to the cargo with the agreement code you will receive from our call center, except that products sent without an agreement code or with another cargo company are not accepted and exchanged by us.
